The lone visionary, solitary architect of innovation laboring reclusively in his ivory tower, removed from the distractions of society and sustained by inner inspiration alone…we’ve all seen this character in film and legend. He doesn’t exist. He is a myth, a fabrication of the scroll and screen. The truth is that every great invention, significant innovation, or worthwhile accomplishment owes its birth and existence to the nutritive process of collaboration.
